 Payment

We offer 2 methods of payment: by Paypal or by direct deposit into our Australian bank account.

 

Cancellations:

Payment in high season: For all payments, cancellation more than 1 month before your stay  will incur no fees.  Cancellation more than 1 week, but less than a month incurs a 50% fee, cancellations of 1 week or less incur a 100% fee.             If you paid using Paypal, your refund will be minus the 7% Paypal fees if your cancellation is more than 2 months after your Paypal payment (we do not keep any fee ourselves).

Payment in Low Season: Cancellations within 1 day will incur a 1 day penalty.

HOWEVER

If the room is rebooked, these refunds rates may increase at the managements' discretion. Our rooms are almost always rebooked in high season.

Staff: We support fare wages and conditions for local people, and provide training and healthcare opportunities.

Environment: The premises are cleaned with environmentally friendly materials wherever possible and fitted with power saving devices

Smoking: Guests are welcome to smoke on balconies and in the garden. All rooms are non-smoking.

Children: Well-behaved children welcome. Ground level rooms only are available for children.

The number of rooms available for children at any one time are limited.
